Primary job scope:
In charge of business promotion and marketing activities of the company.

Salary range:

• Planning and supervising marketing operations to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the railway industry by conducting market research, analysing industry trends, and identifying potential clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, including identifying target markets, creating sales plans, and executing sales campaigns to generate leads and close deals.
• Understand project requirements and needs to design solutions and proposals for customers and projects.
• Coordination with Headquarters (Tokyo) for business development processes and requirements.
• Formulate one-stop business solutions to deepen the relationships with the key stakeholders of the ecosystem.
• Provide support to the BD Head to negotiate and finalise contracts with clients, ensuring that terms and conditions are favourable for the company while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
• Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including technical experts, project managers, and other departments.
• Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights to the executive team.

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, or a related field. (a master's degree is preferred))
• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Good interpersonal skills
• Experience working for Engineering Consultancy will be preferred

Primary job scope:
Managing the quality management system in the company developed on the basis of international ISO standards, and management of company policies and other compliance matters.

Salary range:
TBC

• Working with other departments to prepare ISO documents.
• Supporting the application of the quality management system on the basis of requirement of ISO standards.
• Maintain and update ISO documentations for all departments.
• Assist in existing Quality Control procedures/SOP.
• Cooperating on the concept and design of quality policy and directives of the company.
• Gradual and continuous monitoring of documentation system applications.
• Working with Compliance department and Chief Compliance Officer to update policies.
• Introduce new policies, enforce policies and investigate non-compliance.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 2 years’ experience
• Good interpersonal skills with verbal, written and presentation skills
• In depth understanding of quality control procedures
